In the WorId in Gallery
I believe, that each individual work can gain or lose due to the presentation, and that the relationship between the works and their internal tensions can be utilized in the exhibition architecture to produce further value for the exhibition. I regard a succesful exhibition to be a composition that is built from individual elements, but in which each individual element esteems each other.
As a founding member and the president of Artika Art Association, for many years I've been responsible for the general coordination and curation of the Galleria Artika art gallery. I've also acted as an expert and a freelancer curator for other galleries, artistic organizations and private artists. Currently I'm working as an artist through my private enterprise.
My personal exhibition activity is compromized of personal, collective, group and private exhibitions in Finland and abroad. In the coming year 2019 I'm starting by solo-exhibition in China, and set to participate in exhibitions in Finland, Brazil, Japan, USA, and Germany.
